- Developing and maintaining the landing zones core infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Implementing comprehensive security guardrails, compliance controls, and identity management solutions to protect cloud resources
- Automating account provisioning, network configurations, and self-service capabilities for internal teams
- Designing scalable cloud architecture patterns and connectivity solutions aligned with enterprise operational goals
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported platform issues, service requests, and work orders
- Conducting root cause analysis for platform incidents and implementing preventative measures
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational runbooks
