Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes deploying various infrastructure and platform environments, developing proof of architecture models to evaluate the feasibility of designs, and rigorously testing these solutions to ensure they meet security and performance standards. Collaboration with multiple teams to align architecture with organizational goals and continuous refinement of deployment processes are also key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud platform strategies with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dynatrace APM.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Experience in designing and testing cloud application architectures.
• Ability to assess security and performance aspects of cloud solutions.
• Skilled in integrating cloud and non-cloud environments for seamless operation.
