Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Operations Analyst (Google Workspace) to work on a contractor basis. This person will analyze and optimize operational workflows, leveraging Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency, and collaborate closely with the customer's team to identify process improvements. The goal is to provide high-quality, real-world input to support AI training projects, enhancing the performance of next-generation AI systems in the technology industry. By working with a global leader in AI, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows using Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency, and identify areas for process improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the customer's team to enhance collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and provide detailed feedback to support AI training projects.

• Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.

• Provide structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring high-quality and relevant data is used to train next-generation AI systems.

• Work remotely and independently to deliver high-quality results, leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive efficiency and consistency in operational workflows.

• Experience in process improvement and workflow analysis, with a strong understanding of operational optimization principles and practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide detailed feedback to support AI training projects.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for process improvements.

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
