Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget.
  • Build and scale a Cloud Operations practice (people, processes, tools, and governance) across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Define CloudOps operating models, SRE frameworks, ITSM, FinOps, SecOps, and automation standards
  • Define and execute GTM strategy for CloudOps services (managed services, transformation, optimization, modernization)
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Alliances to create service offerings, pricing models, and value propositions
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline development, deal shaping, and large enterprise pursuits
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and key accounts
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including CXOs, partners, vendors, and delivery teams
  • Lead large, complex, multi-year cloud programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Drive executive communication, governance, and risk management for critical initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day CloudOps delivery across global teams
  • Ensure SLA/SLO adherence, incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement
  • Implement automation, observability, and AIOps to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
  • Build and mentor high-performing CloudOps leadership and engineering teams
  • Drive skills development, certifications, and succession planning
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 18–20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services
  • Proven experience building and leading a CloudOps practice at scale
  • Strong background in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Cloud Operations
  • Demonstrated success in GTM strategy and revenue generation for cloud services
  • Experience managing large teams and complex enterprise customers
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, SRE, DevOps, FinOps, SecOps, and automation frameworks
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
