This isn't a standard manage tickets entry-level role. You are a builder and a future architect for our Cloud Managed Services, helping to deploy solutions that turn operational noise into hardened outcomes. Here's how you'll make your mark:

  • Support Service Reliability: You will be an active contributor to 24/7 cloud operations and incident management. You'll learn to monitor strict adherence to SLOs, getting your hands dirty with high-stakes troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Secure & Engineer the Blueprint: You'll help translate client needs into scalable, automated, and secure cloud architectures. You will assist in writing and maintaining operational playbooks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) that your squad relies on.
  • Automate with Intelligence: You'll work alongside the team to futurify our operations. You will explore and help embed AI-driven automation, predictive monitoring, and AIOps into core processes to preempt incidents and eliminate manual toil.
  • Contribute to FinOps: You'll learn the technical execution of the FinOps framework, helping analyze, configure, and optimize cloud spend for clients through hands-on engineering.
  • Be a Sponge in the Room: Absorb knowledge rapidly and share your learnings through internal documentation and team discussions. You will grow into an expert who turns operational complexity into business resilience.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Participate actively in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving. Bring a fresh perspective and live the Always Hardened security mindset.

Experience & Relevance

We are looking for future technology leaders, not just coders. We value raw intelligence, analytical rigor, and an obsessive passion for technology over years of prior experience.

  • Educational Pedigree: Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (0-1 years of experience).
  • Cloud & Security Fundamentals: Solid foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform preferred, or AWS/Azure) and core security principles (IAM, network security, basic encryption).
  • AI Advantage: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts is highly preferred, especially an interest in how they apply to modern IT operations (AIOps) or security automation.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of operating systems (Linux/Unix), networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), and foundational scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go).

Functional Skills

  • Service Delivery Mindset: A fundamental understanding of what makes a reliable system and the importance of client satisfaction in an operational context.
  • Curious & Communicative: Ability to ask the right questions to get to the heart of an operational issue and the capacity to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Cross-Functional Catalyst: Thrive in multi-disciplinary teams, eager to bridge the gap between operations, security, and development.
  • Builder Mentality: Familiarity with version control (Git) and a strong desire to learn how to create reusable frameworks and IaC modules.
