Project Role Description:
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environments and applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Oversee the rollout of patches and the release management schedule and implementation.

Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure and applications. You will handle incidents, ensuring service restoration and providing operational support across all cloud services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud operations.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams for key initiatives.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to cloud services.
- Manage the rollout of patches and the release management schedule.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Shell Scripting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
