Job Description

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite
Implement and manage hardware/software technology at the operating system level across servers, networks, and software solutions/vendors
Troubleshoot and resolve L1 and L2 (basic and intermediate) network and system issues
Design, implement, and manage single or multi-cloud networks, particularly in Microsoft Azure IaaS environments
Act as SME/L3 for complex network issues and lead resolution efforts
Design and implement highly available firewall architectures, especially with Palo Alto and ASA devices
Configure and manage VPNs, Azure ExpressRoute, VNETs, NSGs, and other cloud networking technologies
Implement network security solutions including firewalls, load balancers (F5 LBs, LTMs), and IPSEC VPN technologies
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system availability
Deploy and manage Aviatrix solutions in single or multi-cloud environments following best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead discussions, and guide technical decisions in complex projects
Maintain compliance with organizational processes while supporting flexible schedules, including after-hours work
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on technical best practices and network operations
