- AWS Migration Hub Matilda Experience:Proven experience in utilizing AWS Migration Hub and Matilda to manage cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Project Planning and Execution:Skilled in managing cloud projects from inception to completion, including detailed planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
- Deployment Configuration:Strong experience in deploying and configuring cloud infrastructure to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless operation.
- Stakeholder Management:Expertise in managing relationships with technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams to meet project and operational goals.
- Escalation Handling: Proficient in managing and resolving customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Technical Acumen: Solid technical knowledge with the ability to understand and solve complex cloud-related issues, driving both operational success and strategic improvements.

Educational Requirements and Certifications:
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture, migration, and implementation projects.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
