Project Role Description:
Provide assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies to drive next-generation business outcomes.

Minimum 5 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate (BE or B.Tech)
- Foundation level certification in at least one MAG or IBM Cloud Platform
Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will assess current solutions for cloud migration, ensuring the implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the design and development of Mainframe Modernization solutions using cloud ecosystems.
- Provide recommendations on new assets.
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Manage relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Stay informed on new and emerging technologies and market offerings.
Technical Experience:
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Mainframe Modernization solutions.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in designing end-to-end Mainframe Modernization architecture for large-scale systems.
- Familiarity with code conversion tools such as BluAge, Rain Code, TSRI, TmaxSoft, Cloud Frame, etc.
- Ability to design and implement common Mainframe and hybrid-cloud use cases.
- Experience with data strategies like VSAM to Relational, IMS to Db2, and database replication.
