Cloud Leader- Java

Role Overview :

• Looking for a Senior Java Lead with 7–8 years of experience to drive the design and development of scalable backend systems, with strong expertise in API-based development and event-driven architecture.
• Requires deep technical ownership along with the ability to influence architecture, delivery, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills : 

• Strong expertise in Java (8+) and Spring Boot / Microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience in API design, integration, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and CI/CD practices.

Preferred : 

• Experience leading teams and driving technical decisions at scale.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and caching solutions like Redis.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ownership mindset.
