We are Hiring - Cloud Inside Sales Representative
At Henox we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Cloud Inside Sales Representative to support our Cloud Business Unit. The role involves lead qualification, customer engagement, quotation management, sales coordination, order processing, billing support, and payment follow-up for Cloud, Cloud Security, Managed Services, and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage customers to understand business requirements and promote Cloud, Cloud Security, Managed Services, and SaaS solutions.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with distributors and OEMs for pricing, licensing, and commercial proposals, and follow up for order closure.
- Coordinate with sales, presales, technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, service delivery, billing, and invoicing.
- Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Stay updated on cloud technologies, licensing programs, pricing, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Cloud Sales, IT Infrastructure, SaaS, Managed Services, or Technology Solutions.
- Good understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, cloud licensing, Cloud Security, Managed Services, and SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Foundation certifications (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CSP licensing and cloud subscription management is preferred.
- Exposure to cybersecurity solutions and Cloud managed services.
