Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II

nsight Direct India is seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II to join our team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Azure, VMware, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms to deliver high-quality consulting services. We'll count on you to focus on implementing and optimizing hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance for our clients.

About the Role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II, you will get to:

• Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including migrations, provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable Hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Implement hybrid cloud architectures using Azure, VMware, and HCI platforms.
• Ensure the security of the VMware environment by applying patches, updates, and configuring security settings.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure Networking, AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop), and Azure PaaS (Platform as a Service).
• Consulting Background: Proven experience in consulting roles, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
• Backup & DR: Proficiency in backup tools and disaster recovery solutions.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
