Role Summary
Responsible for managing and supporting Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, performance, and cost optimization for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
- Monitor availability and performance using cloud and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools
- Implement security best practices
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting
- Support DR, backup, patching, and incident management
- Optimize cloud costs using reservations, savings plans, and budgets
- Work with application, security, and vendor teams
- Maintain SOPs and technical documentation
Required Skills
- Handson experience with Azure & AWS services
- Strong knowledge of compute, networking, storage, and databases
- Experience with Linux/Windows, monitoring, and logging tools
- Familiarity with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and AWS CloudFormation
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps)
