- Expert understanding of Infrastructure concepts on on-premise,cloud and support both.
- Execute infrastructure automation scripts, follow SOP and centralized process.
- Identify/resolve infrastructure issues, conduct impact analysis and RCA.
Change & Release Management:
- Expert knowledge of CR tool, CM activities, Release management activities.
- Monitor & improve effectiveness of CM process.
- Enforce CM activities, conduct change impact assessment.
- Manage any CRs excluded from SLA reporting.
Configuration Management:
- In-depth knowledge of configuration management tools/processes, release management tools/process.
- Manage CI life cycle & implement configuration management process.
- Ensure modifications to CMDB & monitor inconsistencies.
- Identify configurable items, support audit process, & define release scope.
Negotiation Skills:
- Awareness of negotiation Techniques while using right information.
- Understand key stakeholders &communicate individual requirements.
- Establish working-level relationships with third-party counterparts to resolve issues.
Audit and Compliance Management:
- Good knowledge of Audit Control Frameworksand audit process guidelines.
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance through various audit frameworks.
Estimation and Resource Planning:
- Awarenessof estimation and resource planning techniques.
- Identify required resources and utilize suitable estimation models for low-medium complete scenarios.
Problem Management:
- Facilitate problem management process and assign owners to problem records.
- Initiate process for unsuccessful changes,conduct periodic reviews and resolveproblem management ticket.
Service Level & Transition Management:
- Assist in SLA compliance/monitoring and provide procedures to restore services.
- Plan/Execute transition for large/complex activities and define standards in transition management.
Platform/ Technology Knowledge:
- Implement/configure/customize products,contribute to reusable assets and solutions.
- Analyze frameworks/tools,present recommendations and develop training materials.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Working knowledge of customers business domains/technology suite and Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, understand customer's business.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
- Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
Project & Delivery Management:
- In-depth knowledge of PM process/tools/templates and deal modeling, commercial and pricing models.
- Growaccount, forecast revenues and analyze complex internal reports & manage 1 complex account (>10m) or multiple small account independently.
