• Define the roadmap, step by step breakdown for implementation of the finalized design
• Design, implement, and manage highly scalable operating practices and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with software engineering to define and develop DevOps processes to scale withConsumer Business'ever-growingoperations
• Innovation and new technologies design and PoC

Product team -Manage relationship with business to ensure client satisfaction

• Interact with the clients/product teamand provide them regular progress updates
• Provide progress update on various projects and suggestions on improvementsto Management
• Manage Containerization of the infrastructure
• Manage deployments of systems
• Cost Management of existing cloud infrastructure

Project Management/Implementation-Ensure quality & timelines are adhered to for all projects

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with variable team size
• Develop detailed Project plans
• Monitor adherence to plans to ensure timeliness of projects
• Guide the team technically to deliver timely and quality output
• Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines

Infrastructure Managed Services

• Ensure the availability and accessibility of mission critical software/services & systems
• Ensure the management of the daily operations of the consumer finance business cloud infrastructure
• Maintain infrastructure through reusable code and tooling
• Use metrics and monitoring systems to ensure performance, scalability, and stability
• Interact with other teams to ensure the uptime and reliability of infrastructure, improve integration & release process

Process & Knowledge improvement -Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.

• Work with the processes and tools to ensure best practices are adhered to on every project
• Put in place knowledge management processes
• Expand, maintain & establish new best practices for infrastructure management
• Create and maintain tools to help automate provisioning and upkeep of AWS resources

Team Management - Recruit, train, & motivating team members

• Build capability in ABC for cloud deployment
• Mentor junior team members and conduct periodical trainings to meet the market standards
• Guide the team technically to deliver timely and quality output
• Conduct & ensure regular performance reviews and feedback
• Keep the team motivated

Vendor Management-Effectively manage vendors to get the desired output/service from them

• Identify & work with high quality& reliablevendors
• Monitor & manage performance of vendors as per the performance metrics defined
• Manage relationships with 3rd party infrastructure and security partners
