Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding of public cloud platforms and common identity requirements
- Implement and support cloud based IAM services for use within our enterprise.
- Ability to identify requirements of cloud identity requests and make appropriate decisions
- Experience with evaluating and deploying new security tools
- History of working with identity-based reporting and metrics
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Familiarity/Experience with Azure Enterprise Applications, Azure App Registrations and Service Principals
- Deep understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and federated identity standards and protocols (multifactor authentication, certificate-based authentication, LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
Experience / Skills:
- Five (5) or more years of IT engineering experience required
- Two (2) or more years working in an identity engineering discipline required
- Two (2) or more years working in a cloud identity engineering position required
- One (1) or more years with Azure Active Directory (AAD) required
- Experience with technical writing and defending technology decisions
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate preferred
- AWS Certified: Security preferred
- Experience providing escalated operations support required
- Good communication and collaboration skills
