Cloud Engineering Senior Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS , including EKS , EC2 , S3 , IAM , RDS (PostgreSQL) , DynamoDB , and CloudWatch .
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation .
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , and AWS CodePipeline .
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using scripting languages such as Python , Bash , or Go .
• Support and optimize Kubernetes workloads on AWS EKS , including autoscaling, logging, and observability.
• Integrate and deploy decision models built in IBM ADS , ensuring secure and scalable runtime environments.
• Leverage Agentic AI frameworks to automate DevOps tasks such as anomaly detection, self-healing infrastructure, and intelligent alerting.
• Implement and manage observability and monitoring using Dynatrace , including custom dashboards, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of APIs, data pipelines, and decision services.
• Implement best practices for cloud security , networking , and cost optimization .
