We help organizations implement, optimize, and integrate platforms like UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Workday, ADP, and iCIMS. As we grow our delivery capabilities, we're looking for engineers who can help build the technical backbone behind our client solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Software Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure to support integration work, custom tooling, and cloud infrastructure for our HCIS consulting engagements. You'll work closely with our consulting and delivery team to design, build, and maintain solutions that connect client HR systems, automate workflows, and support secure, scalable data pipelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between HCIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP) and client systems

• Build and deploy cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.)

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code across relevant languages and frameworks

• Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrations and cloud infrastructure

• Support data security, compliance, and best practices in a cloud environment

• Contribute to internal tooling and automation to improve delivery efficiency

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid programming experience (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving consulting environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Clear communicator, comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior exposure to HR tech or HCIS platforms (UKG, Workday, ADP, iCIMS)

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code

• Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles
