Experience : 6+yrs
1 Support applications developed using AZURE | AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB, Postgress SQL
2 Support serverless applications & RESTful APIs developed using Azure| AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda and Step Functions
3 Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using AWS services such as CloudWatch and X-Ray
4 Understanding of security best practices for AWS services such as IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail
5 Understanding and experience supporting automated backup and disaster recovery solutions using AWS services such as EBS and S3
6 Experience working on AWS Batch, Param Store, Secrets Manager.
7 Prior exposure working on Service Now – Incidents, Problems & Service Requests. Should have experience working on Production Support projects
8 Should be able handle manual workarounds and document Standard Operating Procedures
