Job Summary:

We are seeking an Azure Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Windows/Linux server administration and vulnerability patching to maintain and secure our cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have AZ-104/AZ-204 level Azure knowledge, hands-on experience with compute/networking resources, and adherence to ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vulnerability patching for Windows & Linux VMs (Azure and on-premises).
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers (performance, security, backups).
• Manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, Load Balancers, NSGs, Storage Accounts).
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Provide weekend on-call support (no night shifts) for critical issues.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement patch management policies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Azure Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Azure Compute, Networking (LB, NSG, VNet), IaaS.
• OS Expertise: Strong Windows Server & Linux administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
• Certifications:AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) or AZ-204 (Developer) preferred.
• ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL terminology and processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Azure Security Center/Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments.

Work Conditions:

• On-call rotation: Weekend support (Saturday/Sunday) required.
