Senior Cloud Developer/Lead

Location: Kharadi, Pune (onsite 5 days a week)

Role Purpose:

As a hands-on Senior Cloud Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications and services. You will actively contribute to coding efforts, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and shape the overall cloud architecture for InVentry's growing suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based applications using .NET Core.
• Implement efficient messaging systems using easyNetQ and real-time communication with SignalR Core.
• Work extensively with MongoDB for data storage, modeling, and performance tuning.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests using NUnit to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Angular and NGXS state management with C# microservices.
• Utilize Docker for containerization, simplifying deployment and scaling cloud applications.
• Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency across cloud solutions.
• Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues related to cloud-based systems.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and deployment guides.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Lead multi-developer projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage workload effectively while supporting and guiding other developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Developer / Senior Developer with expertise in cloud-native application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Docker, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Angular, NGXS, SignalR Core, and easyNetQ is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and uphold coding best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
