We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong software development, system administration, and AWS infrastructure expertise. In this senior role, you will develop, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure while ensuring our applications remain highly available, secure, and performant..

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage continuous deployment practices, infrastructure, build, deployment, and monitoring systems on AWS.
• Utilize cloud resources to optimize the performance and cost-effectiveness of deployed applications.
• Monitor AWS instances and services for performance and cost optimization.
• Ensure the security and integrity of cloud-based applications and data by implementing best cloud security practices.
• Document every aspect of the system and processes as a reference for future problem resolution and upgrades.

Skills and Experience

• Strong 2 to 4 years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and VPC.
• Strong experience with RHEL/Oracle Linux/Ubuntu.
• Excellent troubleshooting and production-support skills.
• Experience supporting 24×7 enterprise environments.
• Good knowledge of AWS/Azure/OCI.
• Strong Shell scripting and Ansible experience.
• Experience with Apache, Nginx and Tomcat.
• Good understanding of security hardening, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA, change management and DR activities.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
