Cloud Engineer

Title:Experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible, along with Jenkins pipeline development using Groovy.

Job Overview: Experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible, along with Jenkins pipeline development using Groovy.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure as Code:

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Terraform across multiple cloud platforms (AWS)
• Create and maintain Terraform modules for reusable infrastructure components
• Implement state management and version control for Terraform configurations
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management
• Create and maintain Ansible collections and roles for standardized system configurations

Automation & Configuration Management:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, using Jenkins pipelines
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating Terraform and Ansible
• Create documentation for infrastructure deployments and automation processes
• Maintain and optimize existing Jenkins pipelines

Technical Requirements:

• Writing and maintaining Terraform configurations
• Managing state files and backends
• Creating custom modules
• Understanding of Terraform workflow and best practices
• Writing and maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles collections
• Experience with dynamic inventories within Ansible
• Git and version control practices
• Shell scripting (Bash/Python)
• Cloud platforms (AWS)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security best practices
