Job Description
Duties
You'll work with our Platform Reliability teams to provision, optimize, and maintain the Kubernetes clusters . In this context, your main activities will include developing and maintaining our container platforms and our end-to-end Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management. You'll also provide general system administration and support, and you'll be responsible for the reporting and follow-up of key server metrics (performance, capacity, backups & recoverability indices, etc.). Additionally, you'll be expected to focus on improving the efficiency of operational activities and the development and implementation of administration and reporting tools.
Skills
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and lifecycle management.
Deep Knowledge of AWS EKS and associated workloads
5-8 years of work experience
Proficiency In Programming Language Like Python Or Go (Preferred)
Experience in CI/CD tooling and version control: CircleCI, GitHub Action, GitHub.
Experience in GitOps deployment workflow and tools ex. Flux and ArgoCD.
Experience in monitoring, security alerting and data analytics tools: Aqua, Splunk, Dynatrace and others. Good working knowledge of IAC tools like Terraform.
Should be able to build new TF(Terraform) Patterns.
Knowledge of test automation frameworks: test-kitchen, awspec, inspec and others.
Cloud Networking knowledge: load balancing, network security, standard network protocols (HTTP/s, DNS, etc.). Basic to Intermediate
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are good to have
