Core Responsibilities & Skills
- Salesforce Data Cloud Mastery: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (D360) Data Cloud / CDP.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Segmentation & Activation.
- CRM Integration: Strong familiarity with the Salesforce CRM data model, specifically focusing on Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: * Salesforce (D360) Data Cloud Consultant or Developer.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I.
- MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Advanced Capabilities: Experience with Agentforce (flows, actions, topics) and secure data access patterns.
- Data Ecosystems: Familiarity with Python, Spark, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure).
- Industry Context: Background in high-complexity sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Media.
- Domain Expertise: Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization use cases, and enterprise data platforms.
