Job Description
We're looking for a Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps to support cloud architecture, automation and platform engineering initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new technologies, platforms and products based on customer requirements, covering requirements analysis, proof of concept (POC), solution design and implementation.
- Design cloud architecture and support the Platform Engineering team in line with industry standards, best practices and guidelines.
- Review the existing architectural landscape and develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement improvements across Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments on AWS.
- Work closely with the customer's SCP team, Application teams and Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to deliver initiatives.
Required skills and experience
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services and technologies across AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into practical cloud solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
