Responsibilities
Purpose Engineers and operates the SCCM and Intune endpoint-management platforms co-management provisioning compliance and application delivery for Windows and mobile.
- Engineer and operate SCCM and Intune (co-management) for Windows and mobile endpoint management.
- Configure device provisioning with Autopilot and Autopatch and enforce compliance policies.
- Automate application deployment patching and configuration across the endpoint estate.
- Integrate device and user identity using Entra ID for secure access and policy enforcement.
- Use Nexthink analytics to monitor and improve device health and user experience.
- Deliver incident response with root-cause automation and ticket avoidance maintain documentation.
