Cloud DevOps Engineer

Job Requirements*

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GKE.
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization concepts.
• Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform services (Compute, Networking, IAM, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience with service mesh (Istio) and API gateways.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities*

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (preferably GKE) on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Develop and optimize Docker images and manage container lifecycle.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Monitor and troubleshoot container orchestration and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security best practices for containers and cloud resources.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions.
• Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability and scalability.
