About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive
DevOps Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in
Azure Cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD automation, release management, and modern DevOps practices.
This role requires someone who can drive DevOps strategy, streamline deployment pipelines, improve platform reliability, and collaborate effectively with development, QA, and architecture teams across projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role involves close coordination with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement and manage deployment strategies using Helm Charts
- Handle release planning, deployment automation, rollback strategies, and release governance
- Manage Azure services such as:
- Azure Function Apps
- Azure App Services
- Azure Static Web Apps (SWA)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud infrastructure
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks
- Collaborate with development teams for containerization, deployment optimization, and environment management
- Monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and implement preventive measures
- Drive DevOps best practices, security standards, and operational excellence across projects
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide cloud-native solution recommendations
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to capability building within the organization
