About the Role
We are hiring Cloud Developers (Full Stack) for an exciting opportunity with a global product engineering environment focused on building scalable cloud-based solutions in the telematics/IoT domain. This role offers the chance to work on modern technologies, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to a high-impact platform.
You will initially receive structured onboarding, close collaboration with senior technical leaders, and ongoing mentorship as you ramp up in the product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot
- Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
- Develop and integrate microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven components
- Deploy and support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong backend expertise in Java (8 or higher) and Spring Boot
- Good understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Knowledge of telematics or IoT systems
- Experience building secure and scalable cloud platforms
Additional Requirements
- Open to travel to Belgium 2–3 times per year
- Comfortable working in CET/CEST time zone
