Job Title: Cloud Delivery Services Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Delivery Services Manager to oversee the delivery and management of cloud solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring our cloud services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cloud service delivery, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, and finalize cloud delivery projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
- Manage a team of cloud engineers and specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for improving cloud service delivery processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud solutions.
- Identify and manage risks associated with cloud service delivery, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on the status of cloud delivery projects, including performance metrics, to senior management.
- Visit the client location, get an update on cloud services, and resolve any challenges immediately to ensure smooth functioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud service delivery or a related field.
