Cloud Data Center Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Management

Plan, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.

Monitor the performance, reliability, and availability of cloud and data center resources.

Ensure smooth operation and optimization of IT infrastructure systems.

2. Security Management

Develop and implement security strategies to protect organizational data and applications.

Conduct risk assessments and manage responses to security incidents.

Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.

3. Capacity & Cost Management

Analyze infrastructure resource requirements and optimize cloud usage.

Monitor and control cloud service costs.

Prepare reports for budgeting, cost control, and capacity planning.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the IT team responsible for cloud and infrastructure operations.

Promote a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven work environment.

Coordinate with internal teams to support infrastructure-related needs.

5. Strategic Planning

Develop strategies for cloud adoption and migration of existing systems.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the infrastructure landscape.

Align IT infrastructure initiatives with overall business goals.

6. Operations & Support

Independently plan and implement complex infrastructure projects.

Create and maintain operational documentation.

Provide 2nd-level technical support and participate in 1st-level on-call support rotations when required.
