Description
We are seeking a skilled
Factory Track Consultant to join our Managed Services team. The consultant will be responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting automation solutions for warehouse mobility, shop floor control, and time/labor tracking. This role involves building scalable, cloud-native applications, integrating systems, and troubleshooting issues to streamline manufacturing processes in alignment with Infor's cloud-first strategy.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
Customization & Development
- Design, build, and deploy extensions using Infor Mongoose.
- Configure new developments and modify core Factory Track modules.
- Develop secure, scalable software solutions following modern practices.
System Integration
Integrate Factory Track with core Infor ERPs (LN, M3, CloudSuite) and third-party systems using Infor ION and BODs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process implementation.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide continuous operational support for Factory Track Warehouse Mobility and Shop Floor modules.
- Troubleshoot machine and labor transactions, barcode scanning, and label printing issues.
- Analyze production issues and deliver timely resolutions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Create and modify reports using Infor Reporting Tools and DAL2.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to agile development practices and continuous integration pipelines.
