- Manage the lifecycle of all changes within Cloud enabling changes to be made with minimal disruption to our customers or business using ITIL fundamentals.
- Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting and end-to-end change management lifecycle.
- Review change records for accuracy and completeness prior to approving.
- Capture change management metrics and create meaningful reporting highlighting achievements and opportunities for cloud changes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across SPT to understand their needs, concerns, and readiness for change.
- Work closely with both the Incident and Problem Management teams ensuring changes causing negative impact on our customers are prioritized.
- Ensure a smooth transition of changes from development to operations.
- Build change management dashboards leveraging Power BI and other data analytics tools.
- Train, mentor, educate and guide others in change management processes and principles. Implementing training programs to foster an informed organizational culture.
Skills and experience we value
- Deep understanding in ITIL-based change management practices, controls, audit, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success with coordinating service management strategies and improving enterprise operations across organizational boundaries.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies for both public and private clouds.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
- Change management certification and relevant certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP are a bonus.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and or PowerBI reporting.
- Experience interfacing with government regulatory agencies, including US and Canada, with the ability to communicate critical regulatory change management requirements and policies across Dayforce is a plus.
