About the Role:
The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored cloud solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, generating new leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with technical teams to effectively communicate product value and benefits will also be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Present and demonstrate cloud offerings to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, or Client Engagement
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Internship or prior exposure to sales/IT/cloud (preferred but not mandatory)
