Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AWS L3 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, troubleshooting, monitoring, and cloud security.
Work Requirements:
- Experience: 7–10+ years preferred
- Working: 5 days
- Location: Work from Office (WFO)
- Support: 24/7 rotational on-call availability
- Client Facing Capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 production support for AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, performance, networking, and application issues.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively resolve incidents.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, RCA, problem management, and service restoration.
- Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Implement and maintain AWS cloud security best practices.
- Handle escalations from and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, patching, maintenance, and optimization.
- Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support.
