Cloud Architect ( AVP)

We are seeking a Cloud Architect (AVP) with over 15 years of experience to lead the architecting and implementation of enterprise cloud infrastructure. You will be a key technical leader, responsible for pre-sales activities, solution design, and ensuring the successful deployment of cloud solutions. This role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, a deep understanding of security and networking principles, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Presales Expertise: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored cloud solutions. Participate in pre-sales activities, presentations, and technical discussions. Provide costing and sizing estimations.
• Solution Design: Develop comprehensive cloud architecture designs that align with customer needs and industry best practices. Propose optimized solutions that meet security, availability, and scalability requirements. Create detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and implementation plans.
• Cloud Infrastructure Deployment: Design and manage the deployment of cloud infrastructure. Utilize automation and CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity measures, and apply SRE principles to the design.
• Security & Risk Management: Perform risk assessments, security and threat analysis, and data classification. Set up IAM and access controls, and propose high-security solutions that meet the latest standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, DPDP ACT).
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure the successful delivery of cloud solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• 15+ years of experience in a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on pre-sales activities.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in setting up orchestrator services (Kubernetes, Service Mesh, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, network security, and best practices.
• Strong experience in setting up IAM, security groups, and policies.
• Proven ability to architect enterprise-grade landing zones with strict adherence to zoning requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Architect are highly desirable.
