Cloud Application Developer

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Java, containerization, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
• Expertise in performance optimization and observability practices
• Banking domain familiarity is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Support:

• Provide day-to-day support for HDFC NetBanking to ensure high availability and performance

1. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:

• Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve major critical issues
• Collaborate with PO/QA/BB teams for issue resolution
• Act as SME in analytical triage with expertise in debugging and issue analysis
• Provide customer support for troubleshooting

1. Documentation & Process Improvement:

• Create guidance documents, standards, and procedures for Level 2 support
• Document troubleshooting steps in HDFC KEDB to improve response times

1. Incident & Problem Management:

• Manage incidents and problem resolution processes to minimize downtime and maintain service quality

1. API Troubleshooting & Development:

• Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
