Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (2+ years experience) to support the management and optimization of our multi-cloud and hybrid IT infrastructure.The role includes hands-on support across:Microsoft AzureAmazon Web ServicesGoogle Cloud PlatformMicrosoft 365Microsoft Active Directory & EntraThe candidate will also be responsible in managing on-premise server infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.Additionally, this role includes exposure to Cloud FinOps (budgeting and cost optimization) and ensuring operations aligns with required standards.This is an excellent opportunity for a cloud engineer who wants to grow into advanced cloud architecture, cost governance, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities1. Cloud Infrastructure SupportSupport deployment and maintenance of workloads in Azure, AWS, and GCPMonitor cloud environments for availability, performance, and securityResponsible in managing Microsoft 365 servicesSupport backup, disaster recovery, and patching activitiesReporting, Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and escalate when required, etc.2. On-Premise Infrastructure SupportManage and maintain on-premise Servers, Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs)Administer DNS, DHCP, and Windows/Linux serversSupport hybrid identity and access managementReporting, perform routine system health checks and updates, etc.3. Cloud FinOps & Cost MonitoringMonitor cloud usage and spending reportsAssist in identifying cost optimization opportunitiesSupport budget tracking and forecasting activitiesPrepare monthly cost utilization reportsEnforce tagging and governance standards4. Security & ComplianceSupport compliance in adherance to ISO & other controlsAssist in documentation and audit preparationFollow security best practices for identity and access managementSupport implementation of least privilege and security hardeningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure support rolesMandatory Certifications:Microsoft Azure CertificationAWS CertificationRequired Technical SkillsHands-on experience with Azure and AWS CloudExposure to GCP (preferred but not mandatory)Experience managing Microsoft 365 administrationGood understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCPBasic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash preferred)Understanding of cloud billing concepts and budgeting fundamentalsAwareness of ISO 27001 security principlesPreferred SkillsCloud monitoring & incident handlingIAM & access governanceVM lifecycle managementCloud networking fundamentalsBackup & DR operationsCost optimization & tagging governanceBasic automation scriptingSecurity monitoring & compliance supportKey CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting mindsetEagerness to learn and grow in multi-cloud environmentsCost-conscious approach toward cloud usageGood documentation and communication skillsAbility to work in a structured and compliance-driven environmentGrowth PathThis role provides exposure to:Advanced cloud architectureCloud financial management (FinOps)Compliance and audit management
