Responsibilities (Client-Facing)
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenants across multiple clients — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID (Azure AD), OneDrive.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune MAM/MDM policies for BYOD environments, including App Protection Policies, conditional access, and compliance policies.
- Handle end-to-end employee IT onboarding and offboarding — account provisioning, license assignment, access revocation, O365 archival.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client IT support during US business hours. Respond professionally, schedule calls (never cold-call), and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Manage software licenses across clients — track, procure, assign, and terminate as headcount changes.
- Monitor endpoint health, push security patches, and enforce compliance baselines (critical patches within 7 days).
- Support security and compliance questionnaire responses by generating evidence artifacts — M365 config screenshots, Intune compliance reports, access review logs, patch status reports.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (netDocuments, VPN providers, antivirus vendors) on behalf of clients.
AI Operations (Internal + Client-Facing)
- Support deployment and configuration of Claude-based AI workflows for client use cases — document assistants, compliance automation, intelligent helpdesk bots.
- Write Python scripts for automating repetitive IT and AI operations — bulk user provisioning, report generation, API integrations, data processing pipelines.
- Build and maintain AI-powered self-service bots that handle common client IT queries.
- Operate and test Attri's AI automation pipelines — feed inputs, validate outputs, flag issues, document results.
- Assist in preparing and delivering AI training sessions for client staff.
- Maintain internal documentation — runbooks, playbooks, and knowledge bases for both IT operations and AI workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager — device compliance policies, App Protection Policies, conditional access configuration.
- Intermediate Python skills — comfortable writing scripts for automation, making API calls (REST/JSON), and processing data.
- Strong understanding of cloud identity and access management — MFA, RBAC, conditional access, SSO.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you will interact directly with US-based professionals (attorneys, executives). Clear communication is non-negotiable.
- Ability to work US hours.
- Self-driven, low-maintenance operator — this role requires someone who can own problems end-to-end without being micromanaged.
Great to Have
- Microsoft certifications: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), MS-102 (M365 Administrator Expert), or SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator).
- Experience working at an MSP or IT services company — understanding of SLA-driven, multi-client service delivery.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot — and comfort using them in daily workflows.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks — SOC 2, NIST, or client security assessments.
- Basic Linux/CLI comfort and familiarity with Docker containers.
- Experience supporting legal tech or professional services environments (netDocuments, iManage, document management systems).
- Knowledge of integrating AI tools with enterprise platforms (Teams bots, API-based automation, webhook workflows).
