Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator to manage and support multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, security compliance, and cost optimization across cloud platforms while supporting infrastructure reliability and scalability.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in cloud administration or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, VPN).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Python, and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Certification Required
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
- Google Cloud Certifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications
Job Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Administer, monitor, and maintain cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud systems.
Cloud Solution Design & Automation
- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure management processes.
Security & Compliance
- Manage security policies, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Implement and manage backup strategies and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure business continuity across cloud environments.
Cost Optimization & Resource Management
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
- Recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Collaboration & Support
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-cloud architectures.
System Maintenance
- Perform regular updates, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure systems remain up-to-date and secure.
Documentation
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
