Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Closure Executive. The Closure Executive will be tasked with managing and ensuring the successful closure of sales or contracts, preparing and maintaining clear documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline the closure process. The role involves conducting follow-ups, addressing customer queries promptly, and fostering professional relationships to enhance the client experience. The candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, sales processes, and account management.
  • Proven ability to prepare documentation, reports, and presentations clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in problem-solving, organizing workflows, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the aerospace or technology industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
