About the Role
Lead, train, and motivate a team of direct sales executives.
Responsibilities
- Drive site visits, daily follow-ups, and deal closures to meet team sales targets.
- Monitor lead flow, allocate leads, and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Support team during client meetings, negotiations, and final closures.
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and smooth coordination with CRM & documentation teams.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and weekly/monthly sales plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Handle the entire Site Sales and manage the closing team.
