About the Role

Lead, train, and motivate a team of direct sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive site visits, daily follow-ups, and deal closures to meet team sales targets.
  • Monitor lead flow, allocate leads, and ensure timely follow-up by the team.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Support team during client meetings, negotiations, and final closures.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and smooth coordination with CRM & documentation teams.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and weekly/monthly sales plans.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Handle the entire Site Sales and manage the closing team.
