Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Specialist based in Mumbai. The Closing Specialist will be responsible for working closely with clients to facilitate the closing process, handling escrow transactions, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering top-notch customer service. Additional responsibilities include overseeing documentation related to loans and maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Closings and Escrow procedures
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with Loans processes and associated documentation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Relevant experience in real estate transactions or property management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
