Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Closing Specialist role located in Bengaluru (North), for our new Mandate project. The Closing Specialist will oversee the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating escrow activities, assisting with loan processes, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service. Ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution of all closing procedures will also be a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Closings and Escrow management to facilitate seamless real estate transactions
• 1-4 years of experience in real estate.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs efficiently
• Familiarity with Loan processes and documentation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
