Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert qualified leads into successful closures
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure win-win outcomes
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
• Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and channel partners for smooth closures
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in real estate closing sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused
• Ability to handle high-value transactions confidently
