Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales and achieve business targets in the real estate sector.
- Generate and convert leads through innovative sales and marketing techniques (BTL, events, digital campaigns, etc.).
- Demonstrate strong sales closure skills and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with local property market trends and pricing.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Lead and guide the team to follow company policies, systems, software, and reporting standards.
- Ensure timely ERP updates and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
-3+ years of direct sales experience in real estate.
-Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-A go-getter, team leader, and target-oriented professional.
-Customer-focused, analytical, and adaptable to fast-changing conditions.
Working Days: Wednesday-Monday (Tuesday week off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
