  • Responsible for increasing Direct - Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
  • Driving business and acquiring new customers through Channel Partners existing leads, cold calling, self-generation, networking and referrals
  • Meeting channel partners and discussing about the challenges faced by them to sell/promote the groups products and help them overcome those challenges.
  • Plan, design and Implement various Channel Partner Programs to generate business
  • Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walk-in report.
  • Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.
  • Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure.
  • Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed.
  • Ensure end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount till the disbursement of their home loan
  • Understand and keep abreast with the competition and their activities related to current pricing, offers and sales strategy.
  • Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving towards maximizing sales for the organization.
