Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing the finalization of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing paperwork, and addressing any issues that arise to ensure that sales deals are completed successfully.

The Senior Sales Executive plays a crucial role in converting potential sales into finalized transactions and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online platforms. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics accordingly.

3. Property Presentations & Tours: Conduct property presentations and tours for potential buyers and investors. Highlight key features and benefits of properties to meet clients needs and preferences.

4. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales transactions. Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are accurately completed and filed.

5. Market Research: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations. Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive market analyses.

6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes and exceptional client experiences.

• Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field with depth knowledge of Real Estate sales.

• Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of -achieving sales targets. Experience in luxury real estate is a plus.

• Skills:

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
