We are now looking to expand our team with a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive our growth
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to HNI clients, ensuring exceptional service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
* Oversee high-value property transactions, ensuring smooth and successful negotiations.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
* Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance assessments to the sales team.
* Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns targeting premium clients.
* Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Regularly report to senior management, outlining achievements and growth strategies.
Requirements :
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate, especially handling HNI clients.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Expertise in residential real estate markets and luxury properties.
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
* 2-4years of experience in sales, real estate management, or luxury property sales.
